Baking cookies

HELLO!
Sugarcane is here to update again!

On 14th Dec last year, bh and I decided to visit yx, wy, ah ma and vic at work!
Also known as 探班，lol.

I remember chasing one 154, but I missed it still.
Little did I expect that vic, bh and ah ma are all on that bus D=
So in the end I had to wait for another 154 while sweating away (cause I ran) in the hot sun, alone!

And I was late, the latest one out of 7 people!
Even yx is earlier than me! DDD=

Then....
We walked to their workplace.

We entered the place, which is bloody freaking BIG!
There are SUPER A LOT of things there!
Like yx said, it's a cooking paradise!
You can find almost EVERYTHING about cooking there!

One department that really captured my attention is the cups.
"Huh?! What's wrong with you?"
If YOU went there and see how bloody freaking pretty those cups are there, you won't say this.
Really, the cups there are SO pretty!
I actually THOUGHT of buying one home or give people as present you know?!
But.... Tight budget plus I am a clumsy sugarcane.
I scared the cups will "piang" in my hands D=

Then after walking, we went to the Bake & Go section to look for ying xiang!
After some talking, bh and I decided to share one can of cookie dough and bake cookies together!

There were three flavours available, strawberry, vanilla and chocolate.
I am not a fan of strawberry, or should I say, I don't like strawberry.
The fruit itself and anything strawberry-flavoured
And vic strongly discourage vanilla, therefore we chose chocolate!

We also got to choose the toppings, peanuts and chocolate chips
Me no like peanuts, therefore, chocolate chips won! Lol~

So below will be all the "aw lu lu" (black) cookies, lol =p




And this is out work station!
We got to choose because we are like the only ones there, lol.
The can on the left hand side of the picture is the can of dough!

First step, was to kneed the dough.
I was the one who kneed the dough.
I even took the dough up and like throw it into the pail/container/whatever you call it
Hehehehe!
Hey, I am not the only one hor!
Yx said some other customers did it too!!

我只是有样学样！
要怪就怪电视吧~ =p

And the next step of course is to shape the dough!
Initially we both have totally no idea on what shapes to do.
Then I went to try to spell "happy plants" while bh tries to do her heart
But I gave up halfway, not enough dough D=
Instead, I decided to do the plants, as in like the plant itself, the shape.
I did 7 out of the 8 plants, with baohui doing the potato (chip), lol~

Even after the plants are done, we still have quite a lot of dough left.
After some discussion with yx, bh and another staff there, bh made a dice and I think that's all?
I did the mickey, donut and ball, lollll

After shaping, the second last step is to decorate them with the chocolate chips!
And we were lucky, cause the previous customer left some nuts, so we got to use the nuts as well!

And we decorate and decorate.....
We took quite a long time, like really!
But good thing is that we are the only customers there, so, we can take as long as we want, no need to rush =p

And....






TA-DA!

Last step of course is pop it into the oven and bake la!
Lol~~
And while waiting for it, bh and I went to the bistro there to eat lunch

You see it? It's all SPOONS joined together!
So pretty and creative, isn't it?

Same reason as to why I didn't tilt the picture, cause I think I look nicer this way.

The fish and chips is mine, the fries are baohui's
The fish and chips don't look much, but trust me, it's bloody filling!
I feel so full after eating it! But it's quite nice! =D

And after eating, we went back to check out our cookies! =D

A little disappointing.

Cause no. 1
The lines I drew like gone (except the ones on sugarcane)! D=
Making the plants look less like what they are supposed to be...

Cause no. 2
My mickey don't know why blended into a I don't know what....
And baohui's dice, the dice she spent so much time, deflated!
It was initially up and standing, really 3-D dice, but after a "sauna" in the oven, it became like a pancake, a mini one, lol~

But still, as least it presentable la.
Not bad for first timers already! =D

Lol, vic say hers just looks like a cookie, a normal until cannot normal cookie.



Garlic! The smallest one out of all the plants!
Wanyi says it looks like "?!?!?!"
Lol, and bh say hers look like small carrot.
Ok, to a certain extent, I agree to this one =p



Onion! Apparently, both vic and wanyi thinks that it looks like a strawberry...
GOT MEH? D=
Would it look less like a strawberry if there were (vertical)lines?



Chilli! Wa lao, don't know what happened to the mini leaves =.=
And laopo said hers look like lady's finger! *cries*



Ginger!
And zq was happy cause hers is like one of the biggest in the plants.
Too bad, she didn't get to eat it, lol =p



Aloe vera! One of the hardest!!
No comments from others for this, but I think it kinda look like three blades of grass =p



Carrot! My lines! D=



ME! Wanyi says it looks like "WHATTT?!"
Wa lao.... D=

We gave the onion to ah ma, carrot to yx (she is the first one to eat the cookies), aloe to wanyi, potato chips to vic.
So the only one that didn't get to receive her cookie is zhenqi cause hers was not with me (ZQ, GO TAKE FROM AH BU! Lol)

The cookies a bit soft in the inside, because we made it too thick.
When we are making them, yx told us not to make it too thin, and we followed her advice and... *sigh*
Lol, nvm nvm, next time do thinner can le =D

AH BU AH! YOU WHEN WANT GO AGAIN?
