the hand put on bench then your body go down de, sit-up and inclined pull-up.

the hand put on bench very difficult to do lor.

then when doing sit-up, the back and the bones super pain lor.
cos we doing it on hard floor.

today don't have much things to say.

Today - the class thing nothing much to say, so just skip to band.
cos the assembly last until 2,
we are off for lunch at 2.

eat lunch le then go band.

then senior wan us to go out to push-up cos we late.
then we say the teacher let us off late
then say jasmin, nicholas they all also but they also reach earlier than us.
then do lor.

vic did 10times.
then i have to do 30times.
cos i was late for twice.
i feel very retarded when doing the push-up.
i was there like hoping nobody will pass by lor.
感觉很丢脸.

then transfered to clarinet.

the whole band practise i was just sitting there, listening the seniors play.
kinda sian.
but it's a good thing that i am sitting beside vic.

Let's talk about friday =]

friday - also some kind whole day no class.
the first half of the day is ne the cyber wellness.
they talked on four topics.
online strangers, blogging, gaming and pornography.
the video on online strangers and blogging never see before, but saw before the video on gaming and pornography.
The part on if boon did not play the game and if boon watch pornography very funny lor.
at first boon walk like very proudly to the classroom.
then that remind xiang of zhong ji yi ban.

then he do those actions that make him "shuai"(it's supposed to be shuai, but i don't think he is shuai =p)
then he walk out of the classroom
then the mr lim say "mr boon, are you attending my lesson?!"
then boon come in and apologise

then he go and touch alfred's ....

The second half of the day is on the too tuff to puff program.

they brief to us then off we go to play captain ball.
but poor xiang has to go hip hop.

the volleyball is kinda fun
ah ma play until very 卖力.
but vic is like....
not partipating.
she only catch the ball if the ball is thrown to her.

then play finish le go canteen to play the games there.

Today - xiang is not here for the first half of the school.

Today the whole day was actually on the personal grooming and social graces course.

xiang turned up during our recess time.

the second half of the course is not so bad.
cos got xiang and the instrutor got let us stand a while.

The course ended at about 12.30 +
hurray!
when the instrutor say the course end liao hor the applause damn loud lor.
not becos we had a good time
but becos it is finally over!!
HURRAY!!

Then went back class.
realised how much comfortable the chair in the classroom is compared to the hall's floor.

Vic ask me if i got any male singer/actors that i like.
i say no, then she keep saying a lot of male singer/actors' names.

Second day of 2008,
first day of school.

Got into 2e4 with vic, ah ma and xiang

Form teacher is mr leow

Today - Overrally an OK day.
Only during Home econs i sian.

The first half of the lesson is Mr Leow talking to us about the admin things lor.
he even take the students' handbook and read to us about the school rules

Then when he talking, me and xiang are talking about 终极一班 and 终极一家.
She just started 终极一班 recently.
She watch until ep 3 liao.

We are supposed to have HE/DT de,
but don't know why become our lit teacher come in.
She brief us about the lit things.
and she thinks that this class is mostly 1e4

Then she go snatch the magazine
but vic got hold on to the magazine very tight la.

Then teacher come.
Then vic quickly close the magazine and xiang stop snatching the magazine.
Then after the teacher go le i tell vic i wan see 寒's photo.
then vic say who is 寒.

Then i point to her.

then she say " 有一点点吃醋"

She is actually jealous!

Then after school went to KFC to eat lunch with vic and ah ma.

and the last day of holiday.
